Who we are
AnchorPlan is an early-stage company developing a platform for scheduling and optimising mandatory corporate training. You can contact us at hello@anchorplan.co.uk.
What this website collects
Our website is informational. The only personal data we actively collect is what you choose to submit through our enquiry / early-access form — typically your name, work email, organisation, an optional indication of how many employees you train, and any message you add.
Why we collect it and our legal basis
We use these details solely to respond to your enquiry and to contact you about AnchorPlan early access and updates. Our legal basis is our legitimate interest in responding to people who ask to hear from us, and your consent where applicable. We do not sell your data.
How enquiries are handled
When you submit the form, your details are sent to us by email via our email provider so we can reply. We do not currently store this information in a customer database on this website.
Service providers
We use trusted third parties to run the website and deliver email — for example our hosting provider and our transactional email provider. These providers process data on our behalf and only as needed to provide their service.
Cookies and analytics
We aim to keep tracking to a minimum. Where we use analytics, we use privacy-friendly measurement that does not rely on advertising cookies or build profiles of you.
How long we keep it
We keep enquiry correspondence only for as long as needed to follow up and, if relevant, to keep you informed about AnchorPlan. You can ask us to delete it at any time.
Your rights
Subject to applicable law (including the UK GDPR), you may have the right to access, correct or delete your personal data, to object to or restrict its processing, and to withdraw consent. To exercise any of these, email us at hello@anchorplan.co.uk.
Changes to this policy
As AnchorPlan develops, this policy will be updated to reflect new functionality (such as user accounts and the application itself). We'll post any changes on this page.
